✦ All payments and commissions are processed via VGen.
✦ Be polite and clear when communicating with me.
✦ Provide clear references related to what you are commissioning, such as art references and written details (poses, expressions, and other important details for the related commission). Visual references are better for me to understand your idea.
✦ I have the right to refuse a commission if I feel unsuitable or uncomfortable with the request.
✦ All commissions start after payment is received.
✦ Prices do not include service fees such as commercial use, privacy fees, rush fees, or extra charges.
✦ No refunds or cancellations are accepted unless discussed with me.
✦ 1 major revision is included for free with commissions. Additional revisions will include a small fee.
✦ All minor revisions are free and allowed during the entire WIP process.
✦ Major revisions can only be requested during the sketch and line art phases with no issue. Any alterations after the line art stage will need to be discussed.
✦ Work will start after payment is placed. All commissions will be in a queue.
✦ Most pieces will be finished within 2 weeks of the start of the commission. If there are any delays or I need a longer deadline for a more complex piece, I will contact you regarding that information and update the deadline.
✦ File delivery method will be discussed when the commission is finished.
✦ Commissions are for personal use only unless the commercial fee is paid.
✦ Please credit or tag me if using my art on social media. My art can be used for pfp or banners with proper credit.
✦ I retain the rights to all art created by me.
✦ You are not allowed to use my art in AI training, cryptocurrency, or NTFs.
✦ All commissions will be included in my portfolio unless a privacy fee is paid.
